Optimize your calling tasks or call center agents' time with this Predictive Dialer. Multiple calls are made simultaneously by accessing your prospect database. Connected calls are transfered to available agents along with the customer's information as a screen pop-up making optimum use of your agents' time. Numbers on the "do not call list" are blocked in real-time.

Enabling Predictive Dialing, Agent Ready Dialing, Preview or Power Dialing, this solution gives you the power you need to monitor lead performance and adjust your lead ratio as needed.

Other models are available in 24 and 96 port configurations. Please note: Available only as shipping regulations permit.
