This support contract includes one year of email support from the date of purchase: When you send a support email to support@speechinnovations.com, a confirmation email is created with your data and response email. Within a 24 hour period (not including weekends) a response will be sent. The ticket tracking system will allow you to review the problem ticket status. All support requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

This support will only be valid for an untampered, unmodified software package and related hardware. This is a closed box system. If opened, the system will be marked null and void. The support staff my ask for logs and information to review and troubleshoot the problem. Additionally, the support staff may ask you to use your recovery disk to put the server back to the original condition at delivery. When doing so, the customer is responsible for data back up.
